HOTEL GENERAL REGULATIONS

You can submit a request or a complaint about our service purchased on our website in free-format application form to the company JSC „Transmedos valda” general manager, on Monday until Friday from 8:00 a.m. until 5:00 p.m. (J. The SCRPS is a single liaison office and main competent service for the implementation of Regulation (EC) No 2017/2394 on consumer protection cooperation. It is also a contact point according to the Regulation (EU) No 524/2013 on online dispute resolution for consumer disputes.

Check-in and Check-out

Check-in is available from 2:00 p.m.
Check-out is until 12:00 noon. In case of late departure or guest wishes to extend the stay, please notify the Reception till 10:00 a.m. of the last day of stay and it is a subject of the hotel availability and occupancy.
For your safety, only checked-in guests obliged to stay in a hotel room overnight. It is forbidden to let rooms to other persons. Persons visiting the hotel guests may stay in a hotel room between 7:00a.m. until 10:00p.m. Please, report this fact to Reception.

Early Check-in and Late Check-out

Early check-in is treated 3 hours before standard and regular check-in time. It is from 11:00 a.m. There is an extra charge.
Late check-out is treated after standard check-out time when the guests are staying for extra 3 hours till 3:00 p.m. There is an extra charge. For more detailed information, please contact Reception or dial 9.

Breakfast and Restaurant

Rich breakfast buffet is served at the hotel main Restaurant “Perfect” on the first floor.
Breakfast time:
On Monday – Friday (Midweek) from 7:00 until 10:00 a.m.
On Saturday – Sunday (Weekend) from 8:00 until 11:00 a.m.
Early breakfast is available. Please inform Reception in advance.
Stylish and warm Restaurant “Perfect” is located on the first floor with the capacity of 80 seats, is located on the first floor and serves the European and traditional Lithuanian cuisine.

Restaurant working hours:
On Monday-Friday (Midweek) from 7:00 a.m. until 10:00 p.m.
On Saturday–Sunday (Weekend) from 8:00 a.m. until 10:00 p.m.

24 hours lobby bar

Drinks and snacks are available next to Reception desk.

The hotel ART CITY INN provides services according to its category and standard

Housekeeping service is provided every 3third day. Bedding and towels are changed every three days. Every day housekeeping service is on request. Please ask at reception or dial 9.
In your room you will find cards: Do not disturb, Tidy up and Fix up. Please hang up the card corresponding to your request on the room door handle from outside.
In case of any claims against the quality and services provided, please inform Reception and allow the hotel staff to react immediately. Please, notify the Reception if you notice any breakdowns of appliances or installations in your room and the defects will be eliminated.

The hotel is pet-friendly

Pets are allowed in the hotel for an extra charge and must be kept on a leash. For more information, please contact Reception or dial 9.

Non-smoking hotel

Hotel offers all non-smoking rooms. Restaurant and lobby areas are non-smoking areas. It is not allowed to smoke in the guests’ rooms and indoor public spaces. There is a penalty fee for smoking in your room.
Please smoke at the designated smoking area outside. For more information, please contact Reception or dial 9.

Quiet hours

Quiet hours in the hotel are from 10:00 p.m. until 7:00 a.m. Hotel guests are obliged to keep silence and respect the rest of other hotel guests. If anyone disturbs your rest, please report to Reception or dial 9.

Security

For your safety, all public areas in the hotel are under video surveillance.

Air-conditioning

Individual air-conditioning is provided in all rooms. You can set individual room temperature to heat/cool your room, depending on the season.
Please note, that the room windows must be closed if air conditioning is on.
Cooling system is switched on from May until September. If you require any assistance, please contact reception or dial 9.

Electric key lock system

Wireless Internet

Free wireless internet is available in the hotel and all guest rooms, lobby areas, the restaurant and conference halls. This service is free of charge.

Safety Deposit Boxes

Safety Deposit Boxes are located at the Reception and you can use a safety deposit box for an additional fee.
For your safety, we recommend keeping your valuables in safety boxes as the management of the hotel shall not take the responsibility or be liable for valuables left in the room.

Sauna and Fitness Room

Sauna and Fitness Room are located on the top 6th floor.
Sauna service is charged an extra fee. For more information, please contact Reception or dial 9.
Please inform reception in advance as it takes time to heat the Sauna to be ready for use.
Fitness room is free of charge and only for the hotel guests. Fitness room‘s hours: from 10:00 till 22:00.

Luggage

There is a luggage room on the first floor next to Reception desk.
Guests can store their luggage safely and free of charge. Please contact Reception or dial 9.

Parking for Vehicles and Buses

It is a spacious private parking place around the hotel for vehicles and parking for buses in the back side of the hotel.
It is payable service. For more information and prices, please contact Reception or dial 9.

Fire Prevention

Dear Guests, please remember:

  • Switch off all electric appliances when leaving the room;
  • It is dangerous to cover electric appliances;
  • Memorize emergency exits and the layout of the evacuation plan;
  • In case of fire – do not use the elevator!

If you discover a fire: In your room:

  • Report the fire to Reception, dial 9
  • Try to extinguish fire without endangering yourself; otherwise leave the room closing the door;
  • Leave the area of danger and follow instructions given by the Hotel Management or Fire Officer

If you discover a fire: In the hotel:

  • Report the fire to Reception, dial 9
  • Close windows and doors and leave the area/your room;
  • If the area is full of smoke, preventing you from leaving the premises, stay in your room, close doors, open windows. Cover chinks and ventilation ducts with damp bedclothes/towels;
  • Make your location known by dialing 9 and/or call for help though the opened windows;
  • If possible, stand on your balcony or terrace closing the door behind you;
  • In case of fire – do not use the elevator!

Evacuation plan is placed on the exit door of your room.

If you fail to comply with General Hotel Regulations, the management of the Hotel ART CITY INN may apply a penalty fee.
